È bello avere un appuntamento settimanale online dove l’unico intento è ascoltarsi, accogliersi e riposare. È altrettanto prezioso avere un ritmo a cui affidarsi, ritrovandosi con anime affini per coltivare presenza, lasciar andare aspettative e narrazioni, e creare qualcosa di nuovo che nasce direttamente dal mistero che attraversa le nostre vite.

It’s a beautiful thing to have a weekly online meeting where the sole intention is to listen to oneself, to welcome oneself, and to rest. It’s just as precious to have a steady rhythm to lean on, to meet with kindred souls, to cultivate presence, and to let go of expectations and narratives, creating something new that arises directly from the mystery moving through our lives.
La pratica di ieri sera, che condivido qui, è un invito ad accogliere lo spazio e il vuoto. Spesso, in questa soglia, emergono inquietudine e paura. Ma cosa accade se il vuoto viene accolto consapevolmente, con un invito?
Durante la pratica, esploriamo anche le polarità della creazione: forma e spazio, pieno e vuoto. Energie complementari che costituiscono il nostro universo, e che danno forma alla vita, a quella collettiva e a quella di ciascuno di noi.
